Terms and Conditions of Ordering:
We thank you and
very much appreciate your business. Customers ordering products
to be shipped Next Day Air or
Second Day Air will be notified immediately of any delays due
to product unavailability. Sometimes, despite our best efforts,
items are not in stock at the time of your order. If this is the
case, the
out-of-stock items can either be backordered or cancelled. You
will be notified via email of any delays in processing your order.
Recipients of
international orders are required to pay any and all
import taxes and duties if necessary in addition to shipping charges.
Religious Sex On-Line will not issue refunds for returns due to
refusal of
recipient to pay import taxes or duties.
We accept VISA,
MASTER CARD, AMEX,
DISCOVER, PERSONAL CHECKS and MONEY ORDERS.

To receive a refund, you must notify us via e-mail at rxmail@earthlink.net within 10 days
of purchase. At this time a Return Authorization Number (RA#)
will be e-mailed to you. The RA#, (written or taped copy) must
be plainly visible on the return box. We reserve the right to
refuse returned goods without a proper RA#. Merchandise must be
returned in unused and unworn condition with tags attached within
30 days of receipt via a prepaid, insured, traceable method to
ensure a safe and documented delivery.
Shipping and handling
fees are not refundable.
A refund will be issued as soon as we receive your return.
Please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on
your credit card statement if that was your method of payment.
1. Purchases will
be refunded based on payment method.
Credit card payments will be credited to the credit card used.
Checks and money order payments will be refunded by company check.
We will also exchange items.
2. If goods are received damaged then we will, at our discretion send a call tag and provide you with replacement goods or a full refund.
3. We reserve the right to refuse any order.
4. If we do not
have what you have ordered in stock,
then we will inform you of this by Email and place your order
on
hold until the items are in stock. If we have only
part of your order in stock, we will ship the
items we do have until said items are re-stocked.
In which case we will immediately ship the
balance of your order.
